Sometimes everyone agrees on what needs to happen. They just shouldn't have to be in the same room while it happens. What was previously offered as our Personal Property Exchange service has expanded in response to the needs of families and professionals. Monitored Property Services can now provide professional monitoring for a variety of authorized or agreed-upon property activities.

Depending on the circumstances, services may include:

• Personal Property Retrievals or Exchanges: Professional monitoring while authorized belongings are retrieved or exchanged.
• Inventory Walk-throughs: A neutral professional presence during an authorized walkthrough to identify or document property and belongings.
• Appraisal Walk-throughs: Professional monitoring when an appraiser requires access to a property.
• Inspection Walk-throughs: Neutral monitoring while an authorized inspection is conducted.
• Other Authorized or Agreed-Upon Property Access: dditional property-related walkthroughs or access may be accommodated depending on the circumstances and established parameters.

Not every situation requires a high level of conflict for professional monitoring to be helpful.

One party may no longer live at the property. Direct communication may be difficult. Someone may feel uncomfortable returning to a former shared residence. Those responsibilities remain with the appropriate parties, attorneys, courts, appraisers, inspectors, or other professionals. Our role is to provide neutral professional oversight of the authorized or agreed-upon activity within the parameters established for the appointment.

A court order or agreement may establish what needs to happen. The practical challenge is often determining how to make it happen with the least opportunity for additional conflict.
